@RTGX Right. I also play on Series X most of the time. They must be ironing Xbox on PC out as we speak in time for the launch of Helix.
@OorWullie You could not have chosen a more exotic country. 😁 I had another account back then. I joined Nintendo Life a bit after the release of Wii and it was very useful for following Virtual Console and WiiWare releases, although reviews tended to be too generous.
@DominicTarason You'd better learn how to filter Steam's store! With up to 2,200 releases per month, that's a job in itself.
99% of the money spent on PC games happens on Steam
74% according to the latest data. Xbox on PC has 8% of the PC market. Epic just 3% (8% including free games). The remaining market share is fragmented among the other stores.
@RTGX I hear you. I would say that Epic is the least consistent of the big PC storefronts, but the name Epic Hype is kind of redundant and funny. My favourite PC store is Xbox because of Play Anywhere. But yep, Xbox and Steam are just part of the PC platform, which might become the future of gaming besides casual mobile gaming.
PC is a fascinating platform. I would have preferred something like PC Hype unless you're sponsored by Steam? Even more considering that, while many people use Steam, many others around these sites are big on Xbox Play Anywhere and several PC storefronts, such as GOG.

@OorWullie I remember buying games on Amazon and Ebay on the Wii browser. 😂

Re: Welcome to Steam Hype!
@RTGX Maybe Gog Hype, Xbox on PC Hype or my favourite, Epic Hype! 🚀
Re: Welcome to Steam Hype!
@antdickens The sponsorship was kind of a joke. Valve would not even sponsor their own console. 😜
It is sad to see all other PC platforms excluded, though.
