As much as i would like to crap on EA, Bioware did this to themselves. If their games sold, theyd still be around.

But lets play, lets imagine a universe where USA stopped the manhattan project, even skipping the insane loss of life it would take to invade mainland Japan, but imagine only USSR had nukes. Or few years in the future north korea or iran. Like it or not M.A.D. works.

Progress definetly is inevitable, i cant find a single example from history where regulation or law could stop progress.
