Dark Messiah: Community Edition combines the best aspects of Dark Messiah of Might and Magic (Classic) and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic Elements, restoring cut-content, quality of life features like first-class controller support and achievements, but most importantly bringing a renewed Multiplayer component, now utilizing Steamworks® for clean hosting and P2P connection capabilities, featuring console exclusive maps and modes. Best of all: every piece is unified. What you see in Singleplayer is accessible in Multiplayer, and visa-versa!

It wouldn't be Dark Messiah if we didn't choose our way to play, and the end is only the beginning! Join your friends through the iconic campaign or unique adventures in the brand-new Co-operative Mode, or continue the story with an endless fight for your life in The Trials of Kha-Baleth. Get more out of your single-player experience by collecting relics and unlocking brand-new challenge runes that change the way the your campaign (and cooperative mode!) is played.

Fan favorite mods also return with official integrations, including New Game+, and others have been extended like our own Bonus Levels and Challenges now driven by the brand-new Adventure Mode framework. Plus play with new gameplay mechanics like sliding, new spells, new weapons, and new transformations!

We love this game. We wouldn't be able to bring you the Community Edition if it wasn't for the love and support that we received from the community, so for the first time in the game's history we are inviting the community to develop it alongside us. While we do plan on remaining active in our creation process and communications, even developing new modes and features for people to enjoy, almost every aspect of Dark Messiah: Community Edition has been made to make sure the community who loves this game just as much as we do has the tools to make it theirs, including:

• Utilizing Valve's own VScript to create custom armors, weapons, game modes, classes, enemies, skill trees and more

• Creating new experiences from existing levels with an expanded MapAdd system and in-game toolset

• Challenging your friends with tailored (or randomly generated) levels using our DunGen technology

• Sharing all your creations through the Steam Workshop

• Doing other cool things we'll be adding over time, based on your feedback!
