I've been very intrigued by this since I saw a trailer a while back, I presume the initial reveal. Looks beautiful and I love games with a gargantuan sense of scale. It's something I would love to see in VR too, though I'd probably get a sore neck looking at the massive robot.
It's a missed opportunity that they've yet to commission a "proper" survival game though. The one by Starbreeze sounded interesting, though that was pulled before I got to try it. The Telltale series was awesome and Saints & Sinners is some of the best VR I've played. Played a mobile one for a bit, a tactics type game, fun but the micro transactions were a money pit.
I'm glad it's coming some day. After getting mine I don't really want another brand's handheld PC, I like the touchpads and the vast collections of community made input profiles. Also after a days work using Windows I'm more than happy to game elsewhere.
I think the current hardware market situation makes it difficult to predict the future. Until things normalise (hopefully prices recede somewhat) I have no idea.

Re: 'This Looks Disgusting and Has Nothing to Do with Us or Our Craft' - Machinarium Studio Amanita Takes Aim at 'AI Slop'
It's one thing feeding the beast with your own material, how anyone can think it's acceptable to do it with someone else's work is beyond me.

"there’s a sixth finger and, well, that’s pretty hard to explain away", not true, incest!

Re: A Wild New Challenger Appears! Pokémon and Palworld Have Competition in New Creature-Catcher RPG Aniimo
With a name like Aniimo (smells like Amiibo), is the target audience people who get their jollies taunting Nintendo?
Re: Take Your Rage to the Streets in the 'Walking Dead: Streets of Survival'
I'll probably check this out if it's well rated.

Re: The 100+ Best PC Exclusive Games In 2026
@vicmackey An overwhelming desire to express disdain for ways of life other than their own?
Re: With a $1000+ price tag and a 6-year-old killer app, is the Steam Frame VR's swansong?

Though I want one of these for sure!

Re: Welcome to Steam Hype!
Congrats on the launch, I'm excited to see where this goes!
For the GOG fans maybe an extra site with a name that doesn't confuse anyone... how about goggle.com?
